Vent on Tom, you make sense to me. The house didn't want to cooperate with the President on anything and said their goal was to make him a one term President, instead of the goal being to do the best for ALL the American people. Then they wanted to blame him for the lack of more signigicant economic progress, hypocrits. Do they think Americans are that stupid that they didn't notice? Make the rich pay the same rate as the middle class and cut out some of those ludicrous deductions they claim on taxes. Bravo, glad you aren't afraid to speak out.

I’m really sick and tired of hearing that these Bush tax cuts for the rich spur economic growth and create new jobs. If that were true, our economy should be booming right now, and we should be swimming in good jobs. Where the hell are they? They’ve had their extremely selfish tax holiday for over 10 years now. Does anyone see a booming economy and tons of unfilled jobs out there? I sure don’t.

And recent nonpartisan reports have proven that these tax cuts for the rich do not boost the economy at all. In fact, Senate Republicans recently helped quash a report from the Congressional Research Service that found tax cuts for the rich are far more effective at spurring income inequality in America than any economic growth.

Yet, they whine and whine and whine that “It will devastate the economy to end them!” while hard working middle class American citizens (if they are lucky enough to still have a job) continue to pay our nation’s tax burden.

And now that the election is finally over, instead of finally getting down to business and helping to solve our nation’s numerous problems – the only thing that these so called ‘leaders’ of ours still want to rant and rave about and pursue is extending the Bush tax cuts for the rich.

Truly Disgusting

And today, they are all still shocked and dismayed that middle class America didn’t elect their Millionaire Puppet Candidate last Tuesday. And their favorite delusional excuse right now that Romney didn’t win is: “If it hadn’t been for Hurricane Sandy, Romney would have won by a landslide!” What Alternative Universe do these clowns live in?

And now, we’ll once again have to watch these grown men, these so called ‘Leaders of America’ once again throwing tantrums like spoiled little brats while screaming and shouting some more - “We really need to continue these tax cuts, to create more jobs!”

Give 'em hell, Tom.....I'm in favor of making the tax rate for the highest income earners the same as it was in the Eisenhower years. Boy wouldn't those leeches scream!!!!
