Molly was a whore. Orphaned from birth, what chance did she have? But there is a fire that burns in some people, an unquenchable flame, and that she had. She couldn't know that liberation would only require a train ride of one hundred and forty miles -- the distance from her Kansas City "house" to a cattle drive terminal at Abilene, Kansas. Don't know about this blogging thing, but I like Westerns and short stories so I must be way behind the curve. However, having passed my three-score and ten I don't have to be too concerned. I like to think of my writing like my golf game - if you press too hard all the fun goes out of it. What's more I'll bet amongst the thousands of writers out there assaulting their keyboards there are a lot like myself who have come to the realization that they will never make a living at it. (excepting the youngsters who should never give up as long as they are doing lots of reading) -- Not really into spouting off - just trying to get my gold member $29 dollars worth. Have a great day!
