In the state of Virginia, traffic violators are going to be fined up to $3000.00......"Give me a Brake" It’s All About Money
The greed of Government is reaching the point
Of obscenity, The State Of Virginia as of today
Is started charging up to $3000.00 to the vehicular violators of that state. While the real criminals are walking the streets, getting away with even murder.
The Criminal Law Procedure, governing all state laws, at one time stated that a violation was not a crime, had to be witnessed by an officer, punishable and not to exceed, a $100.00 or 10 days in jail.
Now they want the citizens, who are not criminals, just violator of minor infractions
To pay up to $3000.00 in fines, want if one is unable to pay?
Are they going to incarcerate the violators?
Up to a year in jail, for a violations, while criminals are going through our justice system like a revolving door, some without a fine what so ever, released without bail.
It seems like the old saying is true to the word
Money talks and bullshit walks, in this case how long will a citizen be Remanded, for a Traffic infraction???
