It seems a doctor and a pharmacist were indicted yesterday by a grand jury in Trenton, New Jersey being accused of operating a drug ring that defrauded Medicaid. This was a 23-count indictment charging these guys with first-degree racketeering, second-degree conspiracy along with health care claims fraud, Medicaid fraud, forgery, and money laundering and many other charges.
