Hyper Transient Thought Disorder 1/18/2005 11:40:39 AM
I recently made a reference to “cabin fever” in an e-mail to a friend and she replied that the doctors where she lives call it ‘seasonal mood affecting disorder’ and prescribe Prozac or sunlamps for it.
That got me to thinking about how society either doesn’t want us to blame ourselves for anything (thereby eliminating ‘responsibility’) or wants to victimize us with a ‘disorder’. I thought I might help out with a few of my own.
