What if when I asked you how you were doing I really meant it? What if we stopped taking each other for granted? Would our lives be different? Asking people how they are doing makes us feel responsible. When we take on that responsibility in honesty, we begin to use every breath that God allows us to take to give someone else hope. I see people spend thousands in funeral arrangements. I see people living with the regret of what they could have or should have done for their deceased loved ones when they were still alive.
Remember, the best time to do for others is when they are alive and able to thank you for it.
