Blogs by Paul Williams World Premiere of Incubus 4/23/2008 1:43:49 PM19.4.08 Tampere Biennale Music Festival The World première of Incubus a contemporary musical composition by Peruvian composer Jimmy Lopez and performed by the Norwegian band Poing! based on my poem of the same name, took place at the Tampere Music festival Finland last Saturday night was very well received. The level of technical excellence and musicianship was second to none, my heartfelt thanks & congratulations goes out to Jimmy, Rolf, Hakon & Frode for giving the Incubus a whole new dark and brooding form. My thanks also goes out to Minnakaisa Kuivalainen and the wonderful people of Tampere for their most generous and genial hospitality.
