The death of a friend is all about knowing that life is short. I just lost a bossom friend. A tourism buff. Just two weeks ago, on an official duty to a remote town, I spoke at length with Mr. John about spending my next holiday at Cross River State. We had planned to visit the famous Obudu Cattle Ranch. A place where nature had lavished her beauty.
It is sad that my friend passed on last saturday. So sad! An accident with his motocycle did the job of sending him to eternity. On that meeting he had told me about the death of his younger brother who was billed to be buried on March 12,2005. The day he was suppose to mourn his brother, was the same day death choose to show up!
One thing that baffled me was the fact that he abandoned his Toyota Camry at home that day.
