Today I decided I want to spread my wings and fly like an eagle. I want to fly to new heights of purpose and achievement, because I simply believe I can. Yesterday, after contemplating on some struggles and obstacles that I Today I decided I want to spread my wings and fly like an eagle. I want to fly to new heights of purpose and achievement, because I simply believe I can. Yesterday, after contemplating on some struggles and obstacles that I endured recently, I took the stance in my soul, that I will not be beaten down or allow myself to be kept down. My adversities must be used to catapult me to those heights. Yes, I said to myself, I will ride on the winds of life storms and allow their force to provide the power to lift me up. By God, I will!!! With that passion burning in my heart, I made the declaration "I AM AN EAGLE" and I wrote a short poem... putting words to the determined stance in my heart. Eagles are the only birds that uses the strength of the winds of a storm to its advantage. I share this with you to simply encourage you that, you are an eagle, by God you are!!! Use life storms as the lift you need to SOAR. Sometimes our greatest blessings come disguised as adversities... ask great men who left legacies to humanity, and they will tell you that IT IS INDEED SO.
