"Coming Out of Babylon" A Psycho Dramatic Rite of Passage for African American Girls focusing on sexual abstinence with the theme ,"I am worth the wait" 2007 RIBS or Reflections In Black ( a play 1999) written and produced for children during Black History Month. ........................................................... "The Sterialization of Tobias Branchley" ( A screenplay and Indie movie 1972) Won 1st Place in Wayne State University's Film Festival. An anti-drug movie when the drug business was just taking off in Detroit.. Needless to say this mini movie to attract investors did not fare well. At industry showing the big guns who viewed it said one people would not understand it, which was not true,and that we should try to make Karate movies.. We didn't know any Asains nor had martial movies made it to Detroit at that time. They were just getting started on the West Coast.... I wrote the screen play and recruited all of the principals, actors, band, cinematographer, sound people, support staff,etc from the university, work, and everywhere we could find them. We filmed in 36 hours straight on a 3-1 ratio...low budget. I've never been rich or famous but it has been and is one fun filled ride. I promised my husband I would publish something else chap book and get on with my story telling. I might have a comedy lurking within somewhere in these troubled times we need to be able to laugh even if it's at ourselves.IT AIN'T OVAH TIL THE FAT LADY SINGS. I'M JUST TIPTOEING NOT TO AWAKEN HER. PEACE AND LOVE TO ALL WHO READ LAUGH AND ENCOURAGE THE RANTINGS OF A SOMETIMES TIRED OLE LADY TOO STUBBORN TO GIVE UP.
