Republicans Are at Work Again With Smear Emails 7/2/2008 3:01:07 PM
The Republicans successfully "swift-boated" Kerry with their barrage of emails filled with distortions, lies, pure fabrications, and rumors. Now their machinery is working overtime with emails smearing Obama. Why isn't the American public able to see what a bunch of garbage these emails are? Just how stupid are the Republicans who buy into this crap? My inbox receives several of these anti-Obama smear emails daily. Only an idiot would take them seriously. Today I received an email stating that the Muslims had placed Obama here many years ago to take over the American presidency, and, if you vote for Obama, may you live long enough to see the damage you caused America.
Well, I sent my reply to the sender:
"If you claim to be an American, and you vote for 'Muslim Barak Hussein Obama', I truly hope and trust that you live long enough to see the damage you will be doing to this country,..."

How can any patriotic American even consider for one minute keeping the Republican party in office?
As to the ridiculous fairytale about Obama being a Muslim plot to get a Muslim elected President of the U.S. after years of secret plotting, i.e. that Obama is a secret undercover Muslim agent, let's imagine back how the Muslims who cooked up this plan must have thought: We want to plant a Muslim agent to live in the U.S. for twenty years and then run for President and be elected so he can turn the U.S. into a Muslim-loving country that gives millions of dollars to Muslim countries, quits waging war of Muslim terrorists, turns against Israel, etc. Therefore, we should pick a black man since no minority of any sort has ever come close to being a candidate for the Presidency of the U.S. Yeah, yeah! Let's send a black man! That makes a whole lot of sense. Then we'll have him attend a radical church that has a leader that will alienate the majority of American voters. Yeah, yeah! Alienating the voters like that will be great. That should help him get elected. And we'll give him an outspoken wife who makes controversial statements. Yeah, yeah! She should be perfect for our plan. Besides, we all love our Muslim women to be outspoken. With all this going for him, how could our undercover agent fail to be elected when we tell him to run in 2008! Yeah, yeah, what a great plan -- a black man who attends a radical preacher's church and who marries an outspoken black woman. He's a shoo-in to be elected President by the American people. What a great plan. How clever of us! Especially if we give him a Muslim-sounding name. That would make him the perfect undercover candidate for the Muslim cause.

The Republicans also have sent out an email about Obama having served only 143 days in the Senate, with the implication that that makes him too inexperienced to handle the job as President since he lacks enough hands-on national and international experience. Well, why did the lack of national/international hands-on experience not bother them when Bush ran? Bush had failed at every business venture in his life and his political experience was at the state level only (governor of Texas). He had no national or international political experience at all. Yet the Republicans did not think it was important at all when they elected Bush. Or have you Republicans all forgotten that suddenly.
The Republicans swift-boated Kerry, a veteran who served his country in Vietnam, while Bush got his daddy to have him moved ahead of hundreds on the list for the Texas Air National Guard, then went AWOL and didn't meet his Guard obligations, then had those damaging records disappear when he ran for President, whereas Cheney received like six deferments and later said "I had better things to do with my time than serve in the Army." How the hell did the American public buy into that? A rich kid who avoided service in Vietnam through his daddy's money and political influence and a rich man who disdained service to his country in time of war were allowed to swift-boat a Vietnam veteran. And now the same Republican base is smearing Obama with email lies, rumors, and complete fabrications like before. I guess they figure if the American public was stupid enough to fall for it before, then why should they be any smarter this time, eh? Are you any smarter this time around? Or are the Republicans all still that stupid??
Republicans stand for corporations' best interests. Bush/Cheney's action in Iraq have brought billions in excess profits to Exxon and to Halliburton. No rich kids are fighting in Iraq. They all have better ways to spend their time, just like Bush & Cheney did during the Vietnam War. The corporations have profited hugely from the mortgage fiasco, from the uncontrolled outsourcing of American high-paying jobs overseas, from the uncontrolled immigration of millions of Mexicans into America, from the profits made running up trillion $$$ national debt from spending in Iraq, and other Republican policies. Have you profited hugely? If not and your family's economical situation is worse from the Bush/Cheney regime, why would you even consider voting another corporation-controlled Republican into the presidency? Quit buying the garbage Limbaugh, O'Reilley, Fox News, and other Republican mouthpieces spew out and actually think for yourselves this time around. That would be a welcomed change! And Obama represents change away from Bush/Cheney and their wreck-America policies of the past eight years.
