Unleash The Power Of Blogging
for Art Therapy
Blogging has been simmering below the surface for years and now this power shift has finally boiled over into simultaneous national recognition.
We'll be discussing: In the beginning...
WHEN IMAGES SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS
No matter what your political affiliation is, blogging is quickly
accelerating into a steeping, sloping growth curve of popularity
and application. ABC News selected Bloggers as "People of the
Year", and Merriam-Webster declared "blog" its "word of the year."
Putting the power of blogs to work for your health and success can have more an impact than you can imagine... and it's easier than you might think.
It puts the power of information and the impact of influence in the
hands of the "average Jack and Jill". It makes instant publishing a reality regardless of your technical skill level or talent. And, it's a business growth tool that the savvy can no longer afford to ignore.
Blogging good health is gaining popularity. What's the
attraction? And why is it so darn powerful? The answer is quite simple when you consider history and human nature.
Blogging is an unstoppable technological force that multiplies the world's oldest, most favorite, and most trusted form of information sharing -- word of mouth.

Think about it. Who do you trust the most to give you advice,
recommendations, and information about opportunities, purchases, or wellness choices ? If you're like the vast majority of people, it's the opinion of someone you feel is just like you. That type of trust comes from personal communication, social interaction, and the joining together of like-minded individuals.
My blogging community will deliver all that -- and more. Bookmark www.joycewhiteblog.com and smile your way to better self-understanding and health. It is a maddening fact that we can't talk to the ones we love the most. Keeping our eyes and ears open and paying attention to body language gives subtle clues as to whether we are engaging each others heart. Thankfully, for us with tongue-tied loved ones, actions speak louder than words. Nonetheless, for some of us talking is easy but real communication is hard.
Mark Twain says "It is not best that we should all think alike; it is the difference of opinion which makes horse races." Writing is a form of talking. Let's talk!
This art therapy blog can provide an alternative channel of communication where your work will speak for you. This can occur in two ways. First we can express our feelings and fears in our art work and share what we have learned it with others. This is the main purpose of my blog. Secondly, sharing our journey with others can provide a bridge outside ourselves. Every one has something that's worrying them. Bringing our fears out in the open diminishes their hold over us. Often it is the fear of what others are thinking about us or what we are thinking about ourselves that paralyze us.
Through spontaneous art like drawing, painting and clay, jewelry making, to sculpting of artful duct tape wallets and accessories, joycewhiteblog can take you on journey of achievement. I am not a doctor or therapist but I intend to create an atmosphere here that is warm, encouraging, nonjudgmental and facilitating to free expression. Open a dialogue. Show us your art. Get comments and encouragement.
This is a collage of many of the heads I sculpted out of clay. Each became my friend. Each became a story in my head or poem. Images beget images for us humans. Sculpting clay heads is a lot like writing a poem. You try to capture the most important element of a image, maybe like their gender, their age, their meaning in my own life. What do you feel or see in these faces?
Your lthoughts and opinions are worth writing about, no matter how ordinary they may seem. Writing is not apart from living.
Writing is a kind of double living as is experiencing spontaneous imaging.
When I was younger I used pen and crayons to
speak for me. I've lately began drawing figures on
the computer, the erasing is so much easier.
This is a spontaneous image. I see myself to
dizzy from depression. I see my significant other
standing closely by to catch me should I fall. I
see my three daughters to the left and my my 19
year old granddaughter laying on the floor drawing
her heart. She wants to be an artist.

Now is also the time to master business blogging and put it to use for you! In these days and time it is recommended to turn our hobbies into income. Who doesn't need more money? Do this before other proactive business owners step into your ideal niche and muscle you out of this primetime opportunity. This is precisely why I am joining the hordes of other to use my to help turn hobbies into business adventures.
Art Therapy is far more than a recreation. It potentially has preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative benefits that other forms of therapy cannot provide. At best it can provide us with the insight into ourselves without which we could never learn to function normally. For business blogging in particular, go to www.YourBlogi360.com
