I love free thought processes.
Consider this folks. If you live in a society that tolerates free thinking and talking, then democracy is in the making, because, the worst thing in life is to feel stifled in your thoughts and expressions.
Hey, you can be restricted in what you wear, hear, smell, see, eat, drink, smoke, or share; but one you are restricted in what you can think, or say, then you are "FUCKED" [excuse my French:)] If you live in a communist society; or if you are in a non democratic society, you can expect to whisper your way through life like a child who is told only to respond when spoken to, or to only speak when spoken to. :).
You know we are born into this world stack naked, but with inalienable rights like:
FREEDOM to Pursue HAPPINESS as you deem fit with all the senses of vision and foresight, but when that freedom is limited by any form of human restrictions on their fellow man, then the spell of doom is eminent.
When I was a kid, we were told that if you smell fire, start running. I dared to question why one should run from something they had not seen, but as I grew more matured, I realized that a word is enough for the wise.
However, one who has survived COVID will say, 'What could be worse than an invisible desease that kills your sense of smell and
taste?' Huh! :)
