Read what happens to police officers when they must report a Bigfoot sighting. We must talk about Bigfoot sightings if it is to be accepted as commonplace. For so long now sightings have been scoffed at, making ones not want to report them. In Oregon and several other states, it is not a good idea to report them to the police. You could have your license suspended until you can see a doctor saying you're okay to drive. Even police officers have problems in this area. Report a sighting to BLM or The Forest Service and then make sure it is not their practice to report it to the police. I doesn't sound right, but that's the way it is.
