Well, now I've self published and the long wait begins. I have to do as much publicity work as I can. Of course once that is all done to the best of my ability, all I can do is sit back and click, click, click on the refresh watching the numbers of sales.
You think a watched pot never boils, I'll trade that pot for a book and its sales. Of course being relatively unknown in the fiction world makes it very tought to get a critical mass of awareness where your sales can exlode and become self sustaining.
So don't give up and keep on emailing, blogging and pitching, room wasn't built in a day and sales won't happen that way either!
