Characters That Rock for the Right Reasons 7/14/2013 11:18:32 AM
Writing my romance novel Redeemed was my way of paying tribute to our real-time heroes -- wounded warriors who refuse to be victims. It was a hard novel to write, requiring a lot of research. There were days when I was so afraid of "getting it wrong" that I considered abandoning the project. I have written another novel since publishing Redeemed and I expect to write others. I suspect, however, that Antonio Da Costa may always be my favorite character. He is a sexy, playful Italian man, with an inviting smile and a boyish twinkle in his eyes. I hope you'll enjoy reading the sweet romance between Antonio and Kimberly. When they met, both were adjusting to personal loss. She had lost her dream job in Manhattan. He had lost his leg in Afghanistan. I hope you will agree that Antonio and Kimberly are characters that rock for the right reasons. Thanks for stopping by. AS
