Salacious Innuendo and 2020 Election 5/8/2020 5:24:05 AM
The media and their following rumors. Recently, we've heard about Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden and a former person on his senatorial staff. She purportedly reported sexual harassment by him to management, a friend, her mother, and a neighbor.
As an African-American female, I wonder why she didn't bring this fact out when Biden ran for Vice President? Some political opponents would have loved to have had this information to stop Barack Obama, an African American man from becoming president. Not only that, Joe Biden would have been vetted, researching every part of his professional and personal life before choosing him for his running mate.
Something this important, I would think she would have filed her copy of the complaint in her locked box at home, or in a safety deposit box in the bank? Most companies allow employees to review and copy their personnel files annually.
The media should not take the bait that Biden’s accuser is similar to Brett Cavanaugh. Notice, no one compared Biden to President Trump and who investigated his allegations. As stated by former Vice President Biden, every woman should have the right to be heard, but to me, this seems like a specious attack on this man's character, who has been in the public eye forever, sounds questionable. First the woman states, “He makes me feel uncomfortable.” Then, she said, “He assaulted me.” Lastly, she stated, “I went to personnel and made a complaint, but I’m not sure if paperwork was filed.”
God forbid if the accusation is true. What does that mean? Another four years of Donald Trump in the White House? Why, when President Trump has had numerous women accuse him of sexual harassment, crude and rude remarks, and rape and he was still elected. Therefore, this salacious innuendo should mean nothing unless you want four more years of Trump.
