It's a blog's life.
And as such the blog itself is much like the life of its keeper. Full of ideas and thoughts that spring up from here and there in moments of life where we’re not always thoughtful. Meandering over where to start and where to stop and what should be included and what shouldn’t, what would be meaningful on a day where I sit to write, what would be redundant and what new take on an idea I can give a new writing that for all intents and purposes is only an addition to a line of thought being plotted out elsewhere. Sometimes in front of viewers eyes, sometimes in documents hidden in years of time where other writings were busy becoming a part of a narration plodding along in its due course away from the eyes and the mind of any reader except for myself who carries them forward like a small child hoping to nourish them into a life size narrative to one day become full grown, where I as a proud parent can say, look at you. All grown up and full of adventure and liveliness.
It’s a blog's life and as such the blog itself is much like the life of its keeper on any given day. Sometimes dormant without change or invention on its page that slows to a near halt because other activities or events of necessity lay hold to the keeper keeping it away from its natural field of activity. Such as an illness or a lack of preparedness or continual outside interruption that wants to replace the fluency of the keeper which of course is solely responsible for the blog and its keeping. It’s a blog's life to flow in its own prowess to become a living work of work dedicated wholly to itself in its own form and fashion. The readership will be low, if any at all, the date will be noted as a day of entry and the blog itself will remain in the way it is kept because it is a blog. A small notation of eventfulness meant to encourage myself to keep some small inkling in my mind at all times to be important for no darn reason at all except that it was something accomplished by my hands which in all of their earnestness sought accomplishment daily in every way it could find.
It’s a blog's life and as such the blog itself is much like the days in which it is kept. Sometimes wordy. Sometimes rhyme-y. Sometimes busy. Sometimes obliquely stayed. Sometimes neither and sometimes just a still frame of a photo made to remind me how the events and many lives outside of my own, some in far away places, became the storytellers of a day or an event or a visitation where all I need do is find a way to retain it in my mind the way it was presented to me because after all, it is a blog's life. Wanting the very best of its offering to be what it simply is. A moment in time between itself and its keeper where memory and accomplishment become the very best of friends as an activity where neither were put off or away but joined hands in time to become what they are, a blog's life.
