stand strong Christine.....and I agree with what you said. thank you. (Liam sounded awesome too)
Christine, I feel this ride you just took us on, sometimes our gears jam and we don't know which direction is up....but we have to find our way some how...some way! We can never foreget to follow that path of 'dreams' :)
Love and Blessings,
Christine
"when dreams die" ... indeed! I am all too familiar with dreams dying, and the wasteland that one navigates through (for awhile) trying to find the way home. There is great transparency in this, CT, that touches this readers heart. Life is not easily borne. During these times, in my life, I prayed unceasingly. Eventually the clouds faded and an opening appeared. Then the season changed. Stand strong! richard
Christine,
The glow of your hearth and path
of faith in this journey will give
you peace.

I'm a dreamer too....and I can't count how many detours its taken to get me where I am today....but now I honestly love "me"...and I am worthy....and this journey I'm taking may be riddled with obstacles...but I have a loving family, amazing children and a precious grandson who hold up the light for me whenever I get lost...this life is such a precious gift, and so are you sweet lady....
Hugs & Love,
Anna
Click your heels 3 times and say there's no place like home. Worked for Dorothy; oh were it only that simple. Just don't forget life is a journey not a destination. Taking the long way home has its own rewards and sometimes they are hard to spot. When all else fails...eat some jelly beans. Patrick

Brave blog, Christine. Learning of each other's pain, loss, fear or joy, creates connections that neuronet life's energies both positive and negative. As Dayvid Graybill said, we glow for you by hearing you. Like the children's game called Marco Polo, where, blindfolded, one calls "Marco," and listens for "Polo" to find open-eyed players, we all take turns being the blind Marco -- lost and calling. Unlike the game's other part, which I believe is 'dodging' Marco, true friends stand solid for the find. This complex mortal life gives us, instead of a clear field, a labyrinth for our Marco Polo, where we crash into obstacles or experience near hits like your almost collision, and surely get stuck at dead ends. Lost. Because of that, the Polos sometimes need to go looking and Polo-ing for Marco. Van Gough writes of the blazing hearth none sit by. Perhaps his subject didn't call "Marco" OR "Polo." Detours are the labyrinth. Home might just be a voice answering, "Polo." I hope for you that the voice will soon be your daughter's, whereby both of you are no longer lost. "Glow" from ~~ Diana
Oh, you will find your way back home, Christine. Still, would it be so awful if you didn't? Sometimes we wind up where we never in our wildest dream though we would be, but it just feels good. You aren't there yet, and you may never find that place, and "home" is really where you belong. Whichever it is, you will work it out. I know you will.
How well I know the feelings you express... May your detours take you down unexpected scenic roads that lead to pleasant delights and joys.

Sometimes when I have a "detour" it's because the bridge is out. It's good not to try to cross the river where there is no bridge. Those of us full of passion, lust, and love, struggling to live fully within a world that honors logic and straight lines are like eagles trying to fly with clipped wings. I'm "glowing" you Christine.
Peace,
Dayvid
Oh I know it feels really difficult at times. My grandson JJ has autism. He is 10 now and with a lot of love and hard work I see in him such joy and peace and wonderful human being it gives to me the same.
A bond is established with such children and long though it may take the rewards are worth it.
You're in my thoughts--didn't know about your daughter.
Christine, the way back is often difficult to find. We tend to look in all the wrong places. The heart knows the way and will lead us, if only we take a moment to listen without overwhelming our passion. Most of us find ourselves on one detour after another, in search our place of secure emotions. Good luck to both of you. I know you will succeed with your efforts. I wish you love and peace my dear friend. Jon Michael
