I am so happy you were asked to read one of your two poems read; you did a super job! I could tell you were nervous; I'm just glad you didn't go "Twinkletoes" up the stairs! LOL Knowing me, I would have laughed my a** off! LOL Congratulations! And boy that food WAS good, but WHY didn't you tell me there was CHERRY pie there?? I LOVE cherry pie!! It was nice to see all of those Veterans and their families there (including us)! Like visiting old friends, which they are! Congratulations are in order, Veteran! Loves ya!
