Aviad Meitar set up the Pepsi business in Romania in 1991 on behalf of a U.S. based investment group, and oversaw this business from inception, through growth, to its ultimate sale to PepsiCo's 2nd largest bottler worldwide.
His book, An Unimaginable Journey, is the incredible story of how a group of visionary entrepreneurs got the rights to Pepsi in Romania and built a thriving beverage company over a 15-year period.
He is currently Chairman at Quadrant European Beverages Limited.
