Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a wonderful summer. I can't believe it's fall tomorrow. I am thankful for cooler weather this past week. It's been a hot summer here in southern California. I am thankful for cooler weather ahead. The trees are beginning to turn orange here up the mountain. The fall trees are in bloom too in brilliant oranges and pinks. I'm ready for longer sleeves and pants. Since the sun has been hot, UV very high and humidity due to hurricanes I've spent a lot of time indoors. It's too hot to walk outdoors in the weather we've had lately. I spent 16 days in Minnesota visiting family. There was a family wedding with my youngest niece marrying her love at a historic mansion in Minneapolis. It was so beautiful! I got in lots of walking around lakes while there too. The State Fair was fun. I had a corn dog, mini donuts, cheese curds and twist ice cream while there. It was the first day so the crowds were intense. We went at good times though so not overwhelming. I hope this finds all of you in good health and enjoying cooler weather. Happy Fall to all of you.
