Happy Spring. I hope you are enjoying flowering trees, shrubs, hedges
and yards. Spring is one of my favorite times of the year. I used to have
a large yard where I had iris, purple clematis, pink poppies, white bleeding hearts, orange lanterns, tulips, Calla Lily, Daffodils, Sunflowers, etc. There were always a lot of dandelions in the yard also. I grew jalapenos, tomatos, lettuce, one herb and beans in a small garden too. Now I am confined to a small patio where we have a pine tree, yellow Kalenchoe, and bamboo. It was a rough winter here so we have to replace the impatiens. I may try basil again this year. It will be the first time trying this in California. Enjoy the warmer weather and don't forget the sunscreen. Happy Trails.
