AMAZON RELEASE - MY DELATIONS

I am offering Delations for the price of a Whopper at Burger King. It briefly relates the evolution of delation from Roman times down to the modern state of Florida. I shall use the proceeds, if any, to replace the defective used computer I purchased from a shifty Texas company that disappeared just before the warranty expired.

'Delation' is about who has the right to  judicially denounce and personally prosecute wrongdoing to others. In the old days any citizen could come before his lawmaking body and prosecute a case if he did not want to retain or appoint a representative to do so. But now, with certain exceptions, only licensed attorneys serving in an official capacity for the government, as officers of its courts, may prosecute a case. 

The contested Texas anti-abortion statute effective 1 September 2021 empowers anyone to bring a civil suit against persons conducting or aiding and abetting an abortion, and, if successful, to collect a large reward plus attorneys fees and costs. 

The Texas legislation turns on a life or death issue, not only for an unborn child, but for the rights of states to govern their domains. And it goes to the question of whether we should abide by carefully defined principles of law, or should we make up so-called common laws as we go along to suit our current prejudices and biases according to each particular case, pretending that we are logical in doing so even though we well know the dialectical process is inherently irrational?

Another crucial issue:, Who rules? Who is supreme in our constitution? The People, in their legislative assemblies, or the politically and economically biased president of the administrative state by personal proclamations until the people are smothered with rules and regulations to the point of revolution, or should we be ruled by a Supreme Court of unelected and politically biased judges who invent laws as they go along?

Ask for the ethics of abortion, my personal opinion is that a woman should have a right over her body, and if she voluntarily uses her body in a procreative act, the father of the child should have to consent to a subsequent abortion.
