An enjoyable and easy read...one can see the creative mind of the author from the first page to the last! Fleckenstein is an excellent writer who gracefully captivates even the most unthought of topics. I think this book allows the reader to see all sides of the author, and most importantly that he's a down-to-earth, "average joe" kinda guy.
If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
