Awarded 3rd place for outstanding genealogical magazine article for 2009.

At the National Genealogical Society conference in April 2010 in Salt Lake City,the ISFHWE (International Society of Family History Writers & Editors) announced the top 3 published magazine articles covering genealogical topics in 2009.
My article, titled; "Evoking Family Stories" which ran Sept. 2009 in "Discovering Family History" magazine placed 3rd in the nation. A certificate and cash prize were awarded.
