My daughter and I were asked to be on the Dr.Phil show last month and during the show Dr.Phil asked many questions about my book "Unlawful Flight" and our story. It was obvious that he had read my book and found it quite interesting.

The topic of the show is to remain a secret until it airs but it dealt with parental alienation and a failing divorce/custody system.

The show was great and everyone from the Dr.Phil staff treated us with great respect and kindness while we discussed a very painful subject.

As it would happen, my son Brian was flying to Boston while our show was taping in Hollywood. He was honored by invitation to present a paper at the 116th annual psychiatry convention being held there that week. As an undergraduate and member of the Psy Chi honor society at the University of Houston, this was a fantastic honor for him and we are SO proud. Brian is working towards a Phd. in child psychology !
