So proud of our 25th year of feeding Veterans & Homeless. The need sky rockets each year!
We should help our veteran's especially on the 4th of July. They should never be hungry nor homeless! A Veteran was crawling 25 years ago to get something to eat and was rejected. I saw and feed him and 25 years later, our anniversary this 4th of July. With Christ the King Parish in Detroit, MI. 48209 & The Detroit Writers Guild. I Rev. Michael C. Jones its founder and my partners plan to feed this year at least 400 veterans & homeless people. We fire up the grill with sausages & hotdogs, cold slaw or salad, fruit & veggies, especially watermelon. Shoes and clothing and small nick-nacks & books. It is a big venture but worth the smile!
