Who said Police Officer''s aren''t talented.


On February 12, 2008 Police Officer Bill Heffner and his entourage traveled to the Maplewood Community Center in Garden City Michigan to perform their Elvis tribute for the Red Roses of Garden City (a chapter of Red Hatters).

Queen Peggy organized the event as a surprise and everything went off as planned.

Bill and his entourage (Memphis Mafia) of son Mike Heffner and MC manager Jimmy Emory said they had a great time and really appreciated the wonderful welcome given by the Red Roses. 

Mike opened up the tribute on acoustic guitar with his version of 'Collide' by Howie Day.
