Ladies and Gentlemen:
This offering (see link below) may seem to be a personal attack on Jimmy Morales, whom is said to be "a really nice guy, lots nicer than the previous manager." It will certainly offend those who have very high expectations of him, as if he were Supermanager. Thankfully, he is a polished politician and lawyer hence he will not feel insulted.
But it is not a personal attack. It is an honest interpretation of certain facts that have come to our attention, an interpretation that includes constructive suggestions that may help ensure his success if taken to heart - especially regarding the need for better communication.
Granted that Jimmy Morales is not really Supermanager. He has had a lot on his plate since he took office on April Fool's Day, and there are many things that he is not empowered to do by the political hydra with its divisive interests. And he may have taken some of the actions we recommend, but those actions have not been reported to the public. Still, it will not behoove anyone who cares to bury their heads in the sand until another cathartic crucifixion of a city manager is required.
