Newsletter Dated: 3/11/2012 12:00:40 PMSubject: More News About Charlie No Face
About a month ago I was interviewed by Lisa Tiffin, who writes a column for the weekly Our Town section of the Democrat and Chronicle. She focused not only on Charlie No Face, but on how the theme of the book (looking past differences) was connected to work I have been doing on suicide and bullying with my local school district. A few weeks after the article appeared, I was contacted by a faculty member in the human services department at Monroe Community College. Students were planning a conference on bullying and a few of them had read the article. They suggested I present the keynote. Of course, I was very flattered and happy to do it. The conference is on Saturday March 24.
My other news is that Charlie No Face is now available in eBook format. If you haven’t bought a copy yet, this may be a good opportunity. Check it out:
