Hi Everyone:

Spring has finally arrived! As my adopted mom used to say: "Spring has sprung, the grass is riz, I wonder where the flowers is!"

Fortunately, the flowers around here are doing just fine - tulips, daffodils, azalea, pansies and lots of other colorful flowers. I expect the apple and cherry blossoms to bloom any day too. Spring is such a wonderful renewal of life and reminds us all of the cycle of life, death and rebirth in all things - including ourselves.

I hope you are enjoying spring as much as I am.

The story this month comes from my friend, Jane Hemenway, whom I like to refer to as Lady Jane. However, Jane prefers the name Pinkeagle because eagles are strong, courageous and free. She simply likes the pink part because it's girly. She is a real treasure, who has a huge heart not only for friends and family, but also animals and Mother Earth herself.
A fellow-Canadian, Jane lives in western Canada with her hubby and two teenage daughters. Here is her story:


Dad Makes Presence Known To His Daughter

In 1991, Jane Hemenway lost her father suddenly to cancer.

"We found out it was cancer and then within two weeks, he was gone," said Jane. Our family was still in denial of the whole thing, so needless to say it hit hard."

Being a child who had been sheltered from the reality of death, Jane took the loss of her father very hard.
"I felt horrible, not just for myself but I knew that my dad didn't want to die and it was so unfair."

One day about two weeks afterward, Jane was alone in the house and feeling especially sad. She decided to go into the kitchen and spotted a radio/tape player sitting on the end of the counter.

"As I walked toward that end of the kitchen, the tape player part suddenly switched itself on and started rotating as if playing a tape. There was no tape in it!"

Then she approached the radio/tape player, pushed down the button and switched it off.

"It was then that I noticed the player was not plugged into the wall," Jane said. I picked it up and looked for batteries and there were none."

Jane was stunned and happily surprised, because she knew her father had returned.

"This was my fathers way of reaching out to me and saying I'm still with you," she said.

2) I'm still waiting to hear from my publisher as to the release date of my new book, Playing With The Devil. Unfortunately, she is again dealing with some private issues that need to be taken care of, thus everything has been delayed. Hopefully, I will hear something very soon.

3) It is an historic day for Canada, as far as UFOs are concerned. Today, there is a press conference in Toronto with Dr. David Greer from The Disclosure Project and members of our government. The purpose is to present true accounts of UFOs by both government and military officials from various countries. As you might already know, the Canadian government is more open to this knowledge than our American counterparts, so I am anxiously waiting to see how the media handles this. Will keep you posted.
