My love for walking on the beach,is also my healing place. I was very ill once traveling. And my only request was take me to the shoreline, next day I was healed. Amen 🙏
The shoreline washes my feet like a humble servant, with tumbling ways of a divine hand that leaves holy footprints in the sand.
I feel your solace wind blowing on my face and kissing my cheeks like a garland of lace, in this renewing place.
The arms of the ocean wraps my existence in your loving embrace. The cloudy day of worry and grey is washed away,
I love your words Valerie, and I feel exactly the same…
The shoreline has always been a place of healing for me…
Physically, mentally and emotionally…
The beautiful soft wind gently blowing all those cobwebs away,
and all the wonderful sounds all around that comfort and revitalise us…
Pure magic…!
As I write this I can hear the seagulls cry…I live in Hull, UK,
only a short drive from the coast…
There is a certain peace and serenity along deserted beaches. But frankly, I don't think I could live with the bleakness of horizon, constant winds, violent storms and the calling of seagulls. I prefer the quiet under the trees overlooking a small lake for my solace.
When two men hit the reset button and decide to go out looking for the good in the world, they not only find it but also a lot more.
