Listen to his voice, take heed, and Beware!

BEWARE!

Stephanie Storey-Morant

One Day I heard a Voice

In the Wilderness Out there

Calmly in the distance

It told me to beware

Beware?

I asked in Question

As it filled my heart with fear

Beware of What I asked

As the Voice disappeared

Beware, I wondered

Why me? What have I done?

Beware of What, I asked

As the new day Begun

I kept asking myself

Of what should I beware?

Then instantly I heard the voice again

Lingering in the Air

Beware of who you follow

Beware of what you believe

Beware of your pathway

Beware of what you receive

Beware of the Territory

Of where you embark today

Beware of The Friends you Choose

Beware of how you pray

Beware of what you hear

Beware of what you see

Beware of where you’re running

Beware of how you flee

Beware of where you’re going

And especially of your time

Beware of all the mess

That you let clutter your Mind

Beware of what I’m saying

Of this you must take heed

Be where, I tell you to be

If you want to succeed

Who are you I asked

Humbly and Meek

I am that I am

The True God You Seek

I stood there Surprised

Listening at the Voice so near

And when I cried Hallelujah

All my fear disappeared

Amen! Fear is not of God! Be still and know God is God and there is none like Him! I enjoyed this very much too.
