Pinnacle of Heart

The tallest part of my heart's height reaches outward into the night
Yes, outstretched, as a young lad reaching for the clouds, as to touch
Their body of fluff so white, lite, and light
My heart both doth cry and howl at the black of night
I cry like thunder, Indian girl where art thou?

I know no shame but my heart undone
A spectacle for all to view,
Yes, Indian girl, that was her name
Met her high on a mountaintop, midst a meadow bright and gay
'Twas there we laid as lovers, yes, our very first day!

As she approached me in the bright lite of day
I saw resting upon her eyes dark, the breath of my very soul sway
Indian girl, that was her name, she glistened like magic, and swayed so in charm
'Twas captured I was, forever and yea more
She saw within my sad eyes, my longing forlorn

No words were spoken, not one sound uttered at all!
He saw his very imprint of heart riding upon hers in saddle of soul
He marveled in wonderment, if it was but a dream
The Indian girl then kissed him, softer than soft
Like the touch of a bunny, warm soft like the same

Sparked instant marked their descent, they melted in meadow, of sunset scent
Mixed well, yea veiled, in the speckled of color of day
Spirit scent mixed in passions shiny sweet way
His very heart undone delicately, and loosed tumbling down
As a princesses hair let down for love.

Not a word spoken as she walked away
She said, tear painted in eye, she'd come another day
He then canopy pitched, his vow heart to earth
Stamped on the ground where the passion was birthed
He remains still standing on mountaintop high, crying each night

Indian girl ....return unto me
For I shall yes await you, till time breathes no more.......
