Peace of mind We are running… Running with full of pace... But something is missing… Missing during this speedy race… What are we missing? Did we leave something? Something very far behind… Yes, that was a tiny part of us… That was our Peace of mind! Mamta Sharma © 2012

There is so much truth in this little ditty. Our modern conveniences allow us to communicate much more rapidly, but less face to face. As a result we find that our time is chopped up in little multitasking activities where our peace of mind is left behind. I try to simplify all I can.
