I can only guess what the word means. But I get the impression from the poem that you're talking about the real bite of the real bug currently invading Americans hotels already invaded by Indian owners.

Brilliant and funny stuff Alex. Although I'm only familiar with a very thin bunch of Russian writers, I find myself interested just by your mention. You do it so well you know. Incidentally the only Russian author I'm familiar with here is Kafka. Of course everyone should have at least a passing familiarity with Kafka. Bob
Four words. A Cloud in Trousers, Mayakovsky's 1915 poem, and I too could read the Russian Bed Bug drunk on his subjects of love, revolution, religion and art, but I am boycotting Russian Vodka these days in honor of Equality of the Olympics.
