Wait a minute! stop!

Make sure your feet

are prepared

Do you have your

shoes on?

Check right now!

for you are in for

a long race!

You've got to lighten

yourself of every weight

so that, nothing hinders

you!

On your mark!

get ready go!

Run and do not look

to the left nor to

the right

Run and keep on running

Do not allow nothing to

hinder you!

Run with endurance

you must run until

you get to the end

of your race to hear

Him say welcome!

Run to hear Him say

well done!

A most inspirational poem to start my day and to put on my running shoes as it is indeed a long race with many pit falls that we must avoid or pick ourselves up from if we fall.
