I desire You in the night watches

rising up from my bed before the break

of dawn I search for You yet I cannot

find you.

Looking for You in the place where we

met, but you are not there still I must find

You!

Where are You Lord? You promised that

You would visit with me and I await You!

My desire for You is ever growing and so

I run even harder after You for You are

the joy of my life!

In You rivers of living waters are flowing

out from within and in the depth of Your

Love I desire You even more than life.

For my desire for You is to know You

in the power of Your Resurrection and in

the fellowship of Your suffering my desire

is for You O Lord!
