Maybe we know joy and happiness are temporary and we do not want to be disappointed when they are gone. Maybe we have unresolved emotions that need to be acknowledged and processed.
I will be happy when I find a solution. Be happy now! I will be happy when the weekend comes. Be happy now! I will smile when I find my partner. Smile now! I will take a deep breath when I am ready to receive. Breathe now! I will feel sensation in my body when I have time. Feel now! I will be happy when my sadness is gone. Let it go now!
