Are you honest? Do you acknowledge what you feel? Do you express and verbalize what is happening within you?
What is honesty? Is it criteria we measure others with? Are we honest with ourselves? What does it mean to be honest? Can we truly not be honest with ourselves and yet be honest with others? Are you honest with your emotions and the truth of what you feel? Can you name what you feel? Do you accept your feelings? Do you express them cleanly or do you expect people to read how you feel? Do you listen and acknowledge what is within or do you rationalize it away? Being silent where words need to be spoken is a form of dishonesty. Copyright .2013 by Shervin Hojat

Too many questions for which God only knows the answers. Today we don't want to hurt feeling so we "curb" the exact truth or we don't want others to think less of us so we "hide" the truth. Who are we kidding?
