Much internal pain and suffering arises when our emotional beliefs and what we verbalize or hear do not match.

Do you think that truth needs to be told?

Your reactive response may be yes!

Do you really believe it at emotional level and deeply?

Do you tell the truth to everyone and all the time?

You may decide to hide the truth because it may “hurt” others or think it may not make a difference.

How many times you have said you are fine while in reality you are not?

Where do you draw the line?

How do you feel if people hide the truth from you for your own protection, security and your “own” good?

What if part of you hides the truth from yourself for your “own” protection?

What is your truth?

Who and what is being protected?

Is truth really your ultimate desire?

I used to be very naive, posted my truth to friends thinking that I woild get some kiind of support from them. I now have nothing to hide from my well-intention friends. However, I would not confide in friends who are of ill-intention, and who would cruelly mock me of my problems. So, to these friends I wiould stay my distance and not tell anyrhing further. We've all got to be more cautious in who we confide in with our problems, as some may take your problems to go agsinst you.
