My Optimum Health Formula

Take care of yourself. Your health is your most important possession. Your health is your responsibility. Here is a plan that can help you achieve optimum health.

TV pontificators and commercials, so-called self-help books and misinformed people misinforming other people account for much of the unhealth and illness in society and in some instances premature deaths. Beware of these pundits.
The Optimum Health Formula consists of four components:
1. Diet and Nutrition. The key to good health is to eat right. You do not need anyone other than yourself to help you choose a health-centered diet. You only need to have a health consciousness.
2. Exercise and Fitness. Put walking at the top of the list. Let that be followed by bending, stretching, dancing and fidgeting around, up and down and sideways. It is true that non-humans don't lift weights or ride bicycles for their health's sake.
3. Prayer and Meditation. Prayer is talking with and listening to God. When you pray be sure that you are in a praying position. That is to say, any posture is sufficient when your attitude is in a praying position.
Meditation is tuning-out the external, including your thoughts, and tuning-in to silence. We have not yet learned how to be silent.
4. Intellectual Growth. Never cease to grow in knowledge and wisdom. Let your focus be on self-discovery. To learn is to grow and that means having new experiences and being creative.
In addition to these four components be aware that singing and sex pay enormous health dividends.
