Be blessed by the experience.
This does not mean that you can be blessed by "only" some special or delightuful experience.
It means that there is a blessing in "every" experience, be it a marvelous, ordinary, frivolous or tragic experience.
So when you are involved in an"experience specific" be of the same mind as was Jacob who after having wrestled with an angel all night informed him, although he was created "lower than the angel," that "I will not let you go until you bless me."
Resolve to not let an experience pass until it has blessed you, even if it is with a blessing deferred. Do not let it be for you a blessing denied simply because you refused to claim your blessing.
Moreover, be sure to watch out for the serendiptous blessings, unexpected as they are, that may pop-up without any advanced knoweldge and surprise you by joy.
