This I'll ever say: Closeness to God brings out the blessings of God.

Where is the gain

If one should gain a lot here

But then, lose it all there

One wouldn't be the same

It'll be just a shame

The world is wide

With places to hide

Even so, you need a guide

Or else, it's after life goodbye

From the veins that drain

One can claim his/her gains

Though it seems strange

It was a way to avenge

Evil destructive plan

It was for love

Why it was done

Now, He is seated above

Saying come use your brains

In the end you'll gain

With Him there's charity

In Him you'll find security

The blood from His veins

It drains with a cry

Saying it is finished

Head bowed and died

He did it in pain

'Twas to rid our chains.

The unselfish act of love He did for All...now Salvation is a free gift offer...no work to earn it...still there are so many who still doubt. Dear Friend, Clarence, when will they hear His gently, loving voice? I guess if they truly seek Him, they will find Him!
Thank you for another brilliant write...keep the faith...spread the message...we are the arms, legs, and voice of Jesus, our Redeemer.

Abundant Blessingss,
Lena

Bro. Clarence,

Thank you for this work! It is very refreshing to see poetry that truly uplifts the name of Jesus. It is my desire to use my gift to bring others to Christ as well. God bless you and you continue to use your gift for His glory!
