Some people think that they're just fine
The bestest of the lot.
But they put their thumb on other folks
And condemn them on the spot.

They proclaim "Why don't you look at us
How righteous we do be!
Just bow to us and worship us
And you will please the Three."

But, others in the Lord's dear flock,
Simply kneel and pray - -
"Thank you Lord for loving us
And helping us each day.

We do not wish for others praise
But only ask that we,
Like Jesus who has gone before,
May live our lives for Thee.

We know you love all sinners,
Although you hate their sin.
You gave you life on calvery
So some faithful ones to win.

Help us encourage others
and never put them down,
No matter what their life 'was' like
we're thankful they've been found."

First group finds the worst in folks,
the second look for good
And try to lift all others up
As Jesus says we should.

What do you think will happen
When judgement rolls around?
First group will pray the rocks and hills
To hide them in the ground!

The faithful group will all rejoice
When they see Jesus come.
They will hear Him say to them,
"My children, welcome home."

The moral of this poem?
"Tis plain for all to see!
If you don't love all others
Then - you know where you'll be!

But, if you, like the Son of God
love each one here on earth - -
then - - stand up and praise the Lord -
YOU'VE WITNESSED "SECOND BIRTH"!!
