I think it’s time to introduce a new word, psychopoemetrics: the pseudoscience of psychoanalyzing other people’s poetry. In loving regards to all who comment on the poet as much as the written poem, (myself included).

Your humor is inviting.
Your words ornament the stage.
When you speak the world is mystic,
Truth strewn across the page.
Your anger is quite telling.
Your frustration fairly screams.
There are storms on your horizons.
I see phantoms in your dreams.
You struggle with all reason,
Though your insight masks a sage.
You’re either a very brilliant writer,
Or clinically insane!
