There is something satisfying in finding
the right phrase

meaning, experience distilled
the muse give sight, order, form -
the poet life and words and sound

A poet does not write -
only sees.
A poet sees the Matter within
the matter.
A poet confronts experience
and sees
beyond the trees to the wood
beyond the wood to the trees
see feel touch.....write!!
