It shames me to admit that I’ve fought one or two Church Fights. All I can claim is youth and stupidity. Never again!
Right now my Church has a dandy brewing. The presenting issue (same gender relationships) is not the real issue and the two sides have been spoiling for a fight for a long time. Both sides quote scripture, neither have ever read the Bible. A plague on both their houses!

Yeah, church fights are fun, I recall one doozy of one when I was growing up. In that case the church slpit up, part of the congregation building their own church and the rest staying with the status quo. I have a feeling this may happen toi your church if it's the one I believe it is.
