Crushed Dreams Michelle R. Kidwell~Sarah Tagert You dangled what I could never be over my head Tantalizing me with dreams just out of reach Thinking you could control me By killing the person I was You crushed my self esteem, Trying to hurt me in the deepest way Taking piece by piece Till you took away the way I use to define me You were supose to be Daddy I was supose to be your little girl But you made me feel more like An unwanted puppy off the street

loved this sad write, sarah! so sad that some fathers treat their own flesh and blood so cruelly. a emotion-filled write filled with pain! turn to jesus, and he will take the pain away; that is a GUARANTEED PROMISE!! love, your friend, karen lynn. (((((HUGS))))) :(
